OSCAR JONES

HOPE, Ark.—Oscar W. “Big O” Jones, 75, of Hope died Friday, Feb. 27, 2009, at his home. <br />Mr. Jones was born Jan. 29, 1934, in Baird, Texas. He was retired from R.K. Hall, former salesman at Stephens Grocer Co., a Baptist and an Army veteran. <br />Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Stacey Jones of Hot Springs, Ark.; one sister-in-law, Nora Raschke of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Miller officiating. Burial will be under direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.brazzelfuneralhomes.com. <br /> <br />
