JAMES HENDERSON

MURFREESBORO, Ark.—James H. Henderson, 79, of Delight, Ark., died Sunday, March 1, 2009, at his home. <br />Mr. Henderson was born Jan. 30, 1930, in Billstown, Ark. He was a member of Saline Church of Christ, American Legion, AmVets and Veterans of Foreign Wars and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Brad Allen Henderson. <br />Survivors include his wife, Mary Henderson of Delight; four sons, Ron Henderson, Mike Henderson and Jimmie Henderson of Delight and David Henderson of Blevins, Ark.; one daughter, Eva Lou Gamble of Delight; four brothers, Curtis Henderson of Mineral Wells, Texas, Clovis Henderson and Tommy Henderson of Delight and Charles Henderson of Billstown; two sisters, Frances Hale of Emmet, Ark., and Clyda Sue Horton of Little Rock; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today in Delight Cemetery with Freeman Henderson and James McCain officiating.
