HOPE, Ark.—Ronald Everett “Ron” Dewey, 64, of Hope died Wednesday, March 4, 2009, in Ottawa, Kan. <br />Mr. Dewey was born Aug. 12, 1944, in Terra Haute, Ind. He was a truck driver with American Eagle of Dallas and formerly employed with Souther Bakeries of Hope. <br />Survivors include his wife, Amanda Doty Dewey of Hope; two sons, Craig Beck of Tampa and Justin Dewey of Hope; one daughter, Stacy Auld of Hope; one brother, William “Bill” Dewey of Lebanon, Tenn.; one sister, Barbara Smith of Terra Haute; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Harold Freeman officiating. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.brazzelfuneralhomes.com. <br /> <br />
