MARY PRISKE

Mary Louise Webster Nix Priske, 78, of Hooks, Texas, died Thursday, March 5, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mrs. Priske was born Nov. 7, 1930, in Cuthand, Texas. She was retired from Red River Army Depot, was a gate attender for the Army Corps of Engineers and was a member of First United Methodist Church, Hooks. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dan Nix. <br />Survivors include her husband, Donald Priske of Hooks; one daughter, Cynthia Nix Hopkins of Hooks; two sons, Robert Nix of Hooks and Mark Nix of Jewitt, Texas; one brother, Julius Thomas Webster Jr. of Sacramento, Calif; one sister, Martha Shepard of Granbury, Texas; two grandchildren, Andi Nix of Portland, Ore., and Daniel “Bo” Hopkins of Hooks; two stepdaughters; one stepson; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Keith Ducroz officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens. <br />Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Memorials may be made to American Heart Association, P.O.
