JEWELL RIGGS

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.—Jewell Dodge Riggs, 89, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, March 7, 2009, in Texarkana. <br />Mrs. Riggs was born Feb. 28, 1920, in Mammoth Spring, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.G. Riggs. <br />Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Joe Brenner of Texarkana; one grandson, Sgt. Donald Ead; two great-grandchildren; Nathan and Laina; three nieces, Judy Williams, Catherine Freeman and Leona Williams of Texarkana; two nephews, Harold Riggs of Texarkana and Larry Riggs of Waskom, Texas; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br /> <br />
