JAMES MORGAN SR.

NEW BOSTON, Texas—James Howard Morgan Sr., 63, of Hooks, Texas, died Monday, March 9, 2009, at his home. <br />Mr. Morgan was born Feb. 25, 1946, in Refurio, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a member of Texas Vietnam Vets, American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, a Baptist and a Navy veteran. <br />Survivor include his wife, Glynda Buzbee Morgan of Hooks; one son and daughter-in-law, James Jr. and Christa Morgan of Conway, Ark.; two daughters and one son-in-law, Marissa and David Johnson of San Antonio and Alice Morgan of Phenix City, Ala.; one sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Dwight Evans of Dallas; seven stepchildren; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Hooks, with the Rev.
