LOUISE HODGSON

CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Louise Phelps Hodgson, 82, of Annona, Texas, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009, in a Paris, Texas, hospital. <br />Mrs. Hodgson was born Jan. 6, 1927, in Avery, Texas. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Cody Griggs. <br />Survivors include her husband, Boyce C. Hodgson of Annona; one son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Pat Phillips of Clarksville; two daughters, Shirley Axelson of Boxelder, Texas, and Betty Jones of Seagoville, Texas; four sisters, Mary McPeak of Avery, Imogene Goodwin of Annona, Jaunita Blankenship of Bellavista, Ark., and Faye Scott of Avery; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. <br />Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Clarksville Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Johnson officiating.
