ANNE CLEVELAND

Anne L. Cleveland, 89, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, March 13, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mrs. Cleveland was born Feb. 19, 1920, in Walnut Ridge, Ark. She was a former headmistress and teacher at St. James Day School and a member of Texarkana Memorial Unit and St. James Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Cleveland; and one daughter, Marian C. Lester. <br />Survivors include one niece, Ann Couch of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and one nephew, David Nelson of Pebble Beach, Calif. <br />Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. James Price officiating.
