JOHNNIE ANDREWS

Johnnie Mae Andrews, 79, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, March 16, 2009, at her home. <br />Mrs. Andrews was born Oct. 2, 1929, in Marked Tree, Ark. She was a homemaker, a member of First United Methodist Church-Arkansas, Green County, Ark., Medical Auxiliary, Bowie-Miller County Medical Auxiliary and CHRISTUS St. Michael Auxiliary and a volunteer driver for senior citizens. <br />Survivors include her husband, Dr. A.E. Andrews; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Susie and Don Williams and Helen Andrews of Texarkana and Jenny and Brad Cope of McKinney, Texas; one son, David Andrews of Texarkana; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Dr. Herbert Wren officiating. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas. <br />Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. today after the service at the funeral home. <br />Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 400 E.
