CORINTH THREADGILL

Corinth Yvonne Threadgill, 66, of Hooks, Texas, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mrs. Threadgill was born Sept. 19, 1942, in DeKalb, Texas. She was a member of Eastern Star and choir member and member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church. <br />Survivors include her husband, Lieutenant Threadgill Sr. of Hooks; one son, Lieutenant Threadgill Jr. of Hooks; one daughter, Tasha Cooper of Grand Prairie, Texas; three stepdaughters, Chantay Courtney of Diboll, Texas, Tina Lincoln of Flint, Mich., and Ramona Shavers of Florida; two sisters, Minnie Nero of New Boston, Texas, and Josephine Harper of Shreveport, La.; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Cedar Springs Baptist Church, Hooks, with the Rev. Ulycees Forte officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Springs Cemetery under direction of Haynes Mortuary. <br />Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.haynesmortuary.com. <br /> <br />
