=DE QUEEN, Ark.—Mary Katherine Northcutt “Kathy” Stafford, 70, of West Otis community, Ark., died Wednesday, March 18, 2009, in a Texarkana hospital. <br />Mrs. Stafford was born July 11, 1938, in Bogata, Texas. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Stafford, in 2008. <br />Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Michael and Kathy Baker of Longview, Texas, Kenny Baker of Avery, Texas, and Stacy and Iva Gail Stafford of Harrell, Texas; two daughters and one son-in-law, Lydia and Jim Landrum and Rallye Erwin of Terrell, Texas; two sisters, Lena Herman of Dikes, Texas, and Wilma Ledford of Bogata; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today at West Otis Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Carlton officiating. Burial will be under direction of Chandler Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.chandlerfuneral.com. <br /> <br />
