ASHDOWN, Ark.—Robert “Bob” Kelly, 64, of Ashdown died Thursday, March 19, 2009, in Texarkana, Texas. <br />Mr. Kelly was born July 16, 1944, in Whiteville, N.C. <br />Survivors include his wife, Jan Kelly of Ashdown; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Rick St. Cyr of Vancouver, Wash., and Kris and Jon Njos of Seattle; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Cynthia Kelly of Shallotle, N.C., and Jerry and Linda Kelly of Riegelwood, N.C.; and five grandchildren. <br />Private services will be held at a later date under direction of Madden Funeral Services. <br /> <br />
