JOHN RALEY

NEW BOSTON, Texas—John Lee Raley, 60, of New Boston died Monday, March 23, 2009, at his home. <br />Mr. Raley was born Oct. 9, 1948, in Texarkana, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a member of Texas Army National Guard, a Christian and a Vietnam War Navy veteran. <br />Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Raley of New Boston; two sons and daughters-in-law, Cody and Nicole Raley of Texarkana and Keelan and Desiree Batchelor of New Boston; his mother, Edith Smith of Texarkana; one brother, Bob Raley; one sister, Joyce Marsh ; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Bates-Rolf Funeral Home with James Boyd Strain officiating.
