GRATIE POTTS

CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Gratie Mae Potts, 88, of Clarksville died Thursday, March 19, 2009. <br />Mrs. Potts was born Aug. 21, 1920, in Clarksville. She was a member of Zion Traveler Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie D. Potts Sr.; two sons, Franklin and Willie D. Potts Jr.; and one daughter, Betty Potts Hill. <br />Survivors include one son, Samuel W. Potts of Clarksville; four daughters, Janet Porter of Denver, Ester Barber and Brenda Wilburn of Dallas and Gloria Barber of Fort Worth, Texas; 20 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Zion Traveler Baptist Church with Phillip A. Porchia officiating. Burial will be in Hebron Cemetery under direction of Brownrigg Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. <br /> <br />
