CHARLES DOLPH

SHREVEPORT, La.—Charles T. Dolph, 78, formerly of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, March 27, 2009. <br />Mr. Dolph was born Aug. 31, 1930. He was retired from Southwestern Electric Power Co., former master of Southern Hills Lodge, former patron of Greenwood Chapter, OES, former assembly dad of Assembly 36 IORG, president of the Louisiana American Electric Power Retirees Association and a member of Cedar Grove Lodge, York Rite, Scottish Rite, El Karubah Shrine, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Summer Grove United Methodist Church. <br />Survivors include his wife, Martha; one son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Jane; two daughters and one son-in-law, Geneva and Evelyn and James Andrews; his stepmother, Hazel Dolph; one brother, Mike Dolph; two sisters, Sally Owens and Pat Townsend; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. today at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Cottrill officiating. Burial will be in Centuries Memorial Cemetery. <br />Memorials may be made to Shriner’s Hospital for Children, Shreveport. <br />
