Tiny Pearl Wilson

Tiny Pearl Wilson of De Kalb, Texas passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022 at her daughter’s home. She was 77. Tiny was born August 17, 1944 in Crockett, Texas to John L. and Pearline Johnston Downs. She was a customer service manager for CVS Pharmacy. Tiny was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas Carrel Wilson; one brother, John L. Downs, Jr.; and one sister, Vera Bynum. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Dedra and Jeff Balmain of De Kalb, Texas; two grandchildren, Amber Evans and her husband, Casey of Melbourne, Florida and Adam Balmain and his wife, Heather of Hooks, Texas; two great grandchildren, Ariana and Abel; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Dorine and Donald Kirksey, Josie Hester, Janita and Butch Waller, and Anita and Bobby Harris; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Nolan Downs and R.L. and Andrea Downs; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation will be held 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas. The family will gather at the home of Dedra and Jeff Balmain, 676 CR 4204, De Kalb, TX 75559.
