Mrs. Patricia “Pat” Severns, age 87 of Texarkana Tx., formerly of Hope Ar. passed away Wednesday, April 27 2022, in New Boston Tx. Mrs. Severns was born December 20, 1934, in St. Louis Mo. During her business career, she was a real-estate agent in Tulsa, Ok. the executive assistant with Tulsa Home Builder’s Association and finished her career as a banker with BancorpSouth, formerly Citizens National Bank of Hope. Severns was also a member of Red Lick, Tx. United Methodist Church. Ms. Severns was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Jim Severns and her parents, Zella and Lloyd Yarberry. She is survived by her daughter, Terri Severns and husband, Tim Mills. one grandson, the apple of her eye, Christopher Mills of Texarkana Tx. The family would like to thank the management and staff of Autumn Wind Assisted Living in New Boston Tx. For taking such excellent care of Ms. “Pat” these past few months. She loved you all and enjoyed every day with you. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00pm on Friday April 29, 2022, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801 Funeral service will be 2:00pm on Saturday April 30, 2022, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest with Rev.
