Arlene Shields

Arlene Seal Johnson Shields died peacefully on August 21. The widow of Dr. William E. Shields and a 65 year resident of Texarkana, she spent the last year of her life at Terea’s House in McKinney, TX. A Memorial Celebration will take place in the Atrium of First Baptist Church Texarkana on Saturday, Sept. 10 at 1:00 pm. Texarkana Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
