Rubin Ersel Allen Sr., 89, of Texarkana, TX died Saturday, August 20, 2022, in Texarkana, TX. Mr. Allen was born September 9, 1932, in Nash, TX. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator with City of Los Angeles, California. Survivors include his wife, Sherley Allen of Texarkana, TX; three daughters, Sonya (Uriah) Allen-Russell of Las Vegas, NV, Tara Allen-Hill of Los Angeles, CA, and Robin (Steve) Hinds of La Palma, CA; three sons, Rubin (Monique) Allen, II of Morena, CA, Deric Epps of Friendswood, TX, and Dwan Epps of Houston, TX; one brother, Robert Allen of Long Beach, CA; two sisters, Gracie Carey of Long Beech, CA, and Lenon Green of Los Angeles, CA; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation is Friday, August 26, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Jones Stuart Mortuary. Funeral is Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Chapelwood Mausoleum with Rev.
