DONNIE DeLONEY

Donnie Jim DeLoney, 80, of Ashdown, AR passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in a local hospital. He was born April 23, 1941 in Schaal, AR to the late James and Bessie (Honnell) DeLoney, Jr. Mr. DeLoney proudly served in the United States Army where he was active in the Vietnam War. He was a retired minister of Assembly of God Church after a glorious 54 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Lecil C. DeLoney of Ashdown, three sons and daughters-in-law, James and Tammy DeLoney of Ashdown, Jimmy and Teresa DeLoney of Ashdown and Tim and Amanda DeLoney of Fayetteville, AR, one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Bill Hale of Ashdown, eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 5:00 – 7:00 at First Assembly of God Church in Ashdown. Funeral services will be Friday, January 7, 2022 at 12:00 at the church with Scott Jackson and Joe Martinez officiating. Interment to follow at Ashdown Memorial Gardens.
