July 4, 2008 - January 25, 2022 Micah Jose Franco met Jesus face to face on January 25, 2022, at his home in Texarkana TX. He was a seventh grader at Redwater Jr High. He was 13 years old. Micah is preceded in death by grandparents Susan Kay Thomas and Carl Bradshaw; and great grandmother Linda Thomas. He is survived by parents Ignacio Franco Jr of Texarkana TX and Jessica (Bradshaw) Franco of Atlanta TX; sister Maya Jewel Franco of Texarkana TX; grandmother Mary Salinas of Midlothian TX; grandfather Ignacio Lopez Franco Sr of Norcross GA; great grandfather Billy Thomas of Atlanta TX. special friends Darrion Allen of Atlanta TX; Rita Martin of Texarkana TX, Jessica Allen and children of Texarkana TX, and Baylon Young of Texarkana TX; and numerous relatives and friends. Micah was a sweet silly big hearted boy who was an X-box fanatic. He loved animals (especially his cat, Smokey), big trucks and fast cars, and most of all, his sister, Maya. He was a momma’s boy and his dad was his best friend. Micah will be missed, and his memory cherished by the lives he touched during his brief time on earth. The Franco family would like to offer a special gratitude to Mr. Bubba Green for his gracious kindness during this difficult time, and to the First Baptist Church of Redwater TX. A private family visitation in Micah’s honor will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Queen City Funeral Home beginning at 6:00 PM. Friends and guests are invited to join the Franco family beginning at 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM at Cross Creek Cowboy Church on Hwy 77, Sunday, January 30, 2022. Micah will be interred at Cross Creek Cowboy Church Cemetery.
