BRANDON PITTS

Brandon Craig Pitts, age 39, a resident of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, August 28, 2022 in Dequeen, Arkansas. Mr. Pitts was born October 12, 1982 in Texarkana, Texas. He enjoyed watching movies, the great outdoors, sports activities and spending time with his friends and co-workers. He was a member of the New Hope Marshallese Church in Dequeen. He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Sue Lewis Pitts; His grand-fathers and grand-mothers, Hersie Pitts, Sr. and Eddie V. Pitts and Jack and Mary Lewis; an uncle Jack Edward Lewis and an aunt, Maria Elder. He is survived by his father, Vandy Pitts of Texarkana, Texas; one sister, Anika Pitts of LaPlace, Louisiana; two brothers, Randy and Rodney Pitts both of Texarkana; three daughters, Zaya Pitts, Quanai Pitts and Takiya Pitts; a stepfather, Billy Nelson of Texarkana; life companion, Luna Harry of De Queen; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. There will be a memorial service at the New Hope Marshallese Church in De Queen, Ar., hosted by the Marshallese community, 9:00 a.m., Saturday, September 10, 2022. Funeral services for Brandon will be held Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Transformation Center International - Kingdom Embassy, 1111 Hazel St, Texarkana, TX, Apostle Dennis Cook, presiding. Services will be streamed via the church’s Facebook page. Burial will follow in Chapelwood Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
