JERLINE PAYNE

Jerline Moore Payne, age 81, of Texarkana, TX, died Sunday, March 5, 2023. Mrs. Payne was born to the late Hilton and Pearline Moore on June 10, 1941 in Bradley, Arkansas. She moved to Texarkana, Texas, in 1959. She attended Washington High School, and Texarkana Community College. She was a health care worker and a member of Sunset Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her father Hilton Moore, mother Pearline Moore, brother, Ray Charles MaKray, and sister Christine Galbraith. Survivors includes one sister, Valree Moore Estell of Texarkana, and a number of other relatives. Visitation will be 12:00 Noon - 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 10, 2023 at Lyles Funeral Home Memorial Chapel A celebration of Mrs. Payne’s life will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 10, 2023 in Lyles Funeral Home Memorial Chapel.
