Local chili champion takes one more title at 67 Landing
Eleven teams showed up early Saturday morning at the ground floor pavilion of 67 Landing to accept the challenge for the title of chili champion at the restaurant's first annual chili cookoff. The teams brought a range of ingredients and know-how with the intent to be the top taste of the day.

Mobile Market returns | Popular feature of 2020 Texarkana Farmer's Market will be back this year
Around 20 attendees made up of farmers, crafters and other vendors met at Texarkana, Texas, City Hall Friday evening to see what was new and what was returning for the coming farmer's market season. The merchants fired questions at the officials and the enthusiasm for the coming season was apparent. One of the items detailed was the return of the mobile market, the online ordering system that allowed customers to order items and drive up to a location and receive their goods.

The round sign above the Flying Crow, the distinct downtown restaurant-in-a-train-car, advertises the place to downtown visitors and denizens. Increasingly known for its eclectic sandwiches, tasty soups, variety of deviled eggs and great salad options, the Flying Crow is emerging from the background scenery, as a train car in a railyard area.
