TEXARKANA, Ark. -- The Kiwanis Club of Texarkana and the Caddo Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America will hold their 83rd annual Easter sunrise service on Sunday.
Jason Calhoun, pastor of Landmark Pentecostal Church in Texarkana, Texas, will deliver the service's main message, and Southern gospel group the Beene Family will perform.
Texarkana, Texas, Mayor Bob Bruggeman, a past Kiwanis Club president, will offer a welcome message and benediction. Amy Freedman, another past Kiwanis president, will provide a call to worship and invocation.
The service will begin at 6:30 a.m. at Camp Preston Hunt, 6918 Tennessee Road.
