TEXARKANA, Texas -- The Fire Department is investigating a suspected arson at a local storage facility.
The fire at Lockaway Storage, 927 Robison Road, was called in at 12:17 a.m. Wednesday, Interim Fire Chief Chris Black said. There was considerable fire damage to a part of the storage unit that houses boats and other large vehicles, Black said.
"It burned several boats and an RV," he said.
Texarkana Texas Fire Department has identified a person of interest in the fire, which remains under investigation, Black said.
Lockaway Storage has security cameras and a security gate on the property, according to its website.
