(Original report, 3:40 p.m.) Power outages are affecting traffic lights along Richmond Road and McKnight Roads.
Outages were reported about 3:30 p.m. Monday. About 1,351 SWEPCO customers are affected, according to the power company's outage map.
The estimated time for restoration is 7 p.m.
The cause of the outages was not immediately known.
