Texarkana colleges plan total eclipse parties, activities

TEXARKANA, Texas -- Local universities and colleges are preparing to hold events to celebrate the solar eclipse on April 8.

Texarkana College's STEM Professor Delbert Dowdy will hold a presentation about eclipses at 4 p.m.
