The Texarkana, Texas Police Department has a felony warrant for Marquan Neal.
Neal is wanted on a burglary charge for allegedly removing items from a relative's apartment while she was in the hospital, according to Texarkana, Texas police.
In April, the victim - who was in the hospital at the time - got a message from her neighbor saying that someone had kicked in her apartment door. The neighbor did a walk through of her apartment with her on FaceTime. It appeared that everything in the apartment had been gone through and several items, including a television, were missing.
The neighbor also reported that they'd seen Neal in the apartment earlier. In security videos, Neal can be seen carrying the television from the apartment building in the middle of the night, hiding it behind a nearby maintenance building and then returning a little bit later with a shopping cart to move it to the apartment that he'd been staying
in.
