Demolition of the Regency House building continues Tuesday in downtown Texarkana. By late afternoon, workers had reached the building's tallest point - possibly an elevator shaft. The man in bright green is running a jackhammer. When the walls come down all the way, you will be able to see the railyard from Broad Street through the hole left by the building and the adjacent former Pocket Park. It has taken about two days to get half the building down. The whole site is fenced off to the public. The roof of the building caved in about 10 months ago.
