TEXARKANA, Texas - Ruby Tuesday recently closed its Texas-side restaurant, apparently for good.
The restaurant, which was located at 4330 St. Michael Road, opened in October 2005.
It had the distinction as being the first company-owned Ruby Tuesday in Texas, according to previous Gazette reports.
Upon opening, the restaurant had about 72 workers.
Its signature offering was a diverse salad bar. It also offered several burger varieties as well as fish and pasta dishes.
