TEXARKANA, Texas - In a little studio tucked away on the Texas side of North State Line, a family-run fitness studio runs clients through paces. Featuring an eclectic line-up of classes and fitness, the studio combines method and motion to get their results. Open for about a year, the studio has helped its students keep themselves fit and sharp, weathering the stresses of daily life.

"I run a family studio," said Andrea Smith. "Not only do we encourage a family environment, but I own the place and run it along with my cousin, Shantikwa Smith.

The studio meets in the morning and the evening, depending on day and class. They take their students through a variety of fitness pursuits. Various small group routines, with dance fitness, Zumba and more. They also offer virtual and zoom classes for those who want to remain virtual.
