GUVVASE PRIMES

Guvvase Primes, 86, of Texar-kana, Ark., died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2008, in a local nursing home. <br />Mrs. Primes was born Sept. 21, 1921, in Hope, Ark. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Primes; one son, Lee Charles Harris; and one grandson, Leon Harris. <br />Survivors include one sister, Hazel Williams of Texarkana; one granddaughter, Sounia Reeves of Texarkana; and one grandson, Kenneth Harris of Texarkana. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Lyles Funeral Home with the Rev. Warren Smith officiating. Burial will be in Harrison Chapel Cemetery. <br />Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />
