JOHNNIE DUCOTE

JOHNNIE DUCOTE <br />Johnnie Mae Payne Kemp Ducote, 83, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, June 28, 2008, in a local hospital. <br />Mrs. Ducote was born Feb. 14, 1925, in Center Point, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two husbands, James Evans Kemp and W.E. Ducote; and two stepchildren, Kemp E. Ducote and Mary Irene Moses. <br />Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, David Kemp and Paul and Sandra Kemp of Center Point; two stepsons and one stepdaughter-in-law, James and Julie Ducote of League City, Texas, and Lynn Ducote of Russellville, Ark.; one sister, Bobbie Jean Linville of Nashville, Ark.; seven grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with the Revs. Shawn Kemp and Phillip Dunn officiating. Burial will be in Center Point Cemetery. <br />Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church, 2117 E. 35th St., Texarkana, AR 71854 or Center Point Cemetery Association, 209 N.
