LAURIE PARMER <br />HOPE, Ark.—Laurie Elaine Meredith Parmer, 47, of Emmet, Ark., died Friday, June 27, 2008, in Emmet. <br />Mrs. Parmer was born Feb. 18, 1961, in Memphis. She was a member of The Grace Baptist Church. <br />Survivors include her husband, Joe Parmer of Emmet; two sons, Angelo Contini of Memphis and John Parmer of Emmet; one daughter, Jennifer Parmer of Prescott, Ark.; three stepsons, Jerry Parmer of Lone Star, Texas, Charlie Parmer of Ore City, Texas, and Billy Joe Parmer of Longview, Texas; one stepdaughter, Mary Parmer of Texarkana; her mother, Laurie Elaine Meredith of Clinton, Ark.; two brothers, John Grant Meredith of Nashville, Tenn., and John Jason Meredith of Memphis; three sisters, Cathy Atchley of Clinton, Jewell Russell of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Nikol Meredith of Memphis; and five grandchildren. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. today at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home with David Hampton officiating. Burial will be in Snell Cemetery. <br /> <br />
