Alline Barker Lafayette, 72, of Fouke, Ark., died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, in Texarkana, Ark. <br />Mrs. Lafayette was born Dec. 17, 1935, in Bright Star, Ark. She was a homemaker, a professional seamstress, a former employee of Hancock Fabrics and a member of Faith Baptist Church. <br />Survivors include her husband, Vince Lafayette of Fouke; four daughters, Mickey McElroy of De Queen, Ark., Vickie Drennan and Lori Culwell of Fouke and Susan Tipton of Jonesboro, Ark.; two sons, Rick Barker and John Barker of Texarkana; five sisters, Betty Brice and Claudine Johnson of Texarkana and Norma Green, Opal Teague and Faye Clayton of Atlanta, Texas; two brothers, Buster Noble of Blanchard, La., and John Noble of Waskom, Texas; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 4 p.m. Wednesday at Faith Baptist Church with the Rev. Milton White officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />The family will be at the home of Vickie Drennan, 3573 MC 43, Fouke. <br />Online registration is at www.texarkanafuneralhome.com. <br /> <br />
