BETTY McBEE

McCOMB, Miss.—Betty J. McBee, 73, of Bourbonnais, Ill., died Friday, April 10, 2009, in a Texarkana, Ark., nursing home. <br />Mrs. McBee was born Oct. 21, 1935, in Columbia, Miss. She was retired from CIGNA Insurance and a volunteer for Senior Health Insurance Program. <br />Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Mark Lanier of Texarkana; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Ann Smith of Brandon, Miss., and Jan and Harold Roach of Pearl, Miss.; two grandchildren and spouses, Ricky and Kristy Lanier of Texarkana and Becky and James Shaw of Little Rock; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. today at Catchings Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy T. Smith Jr. officiating.
