BILLIE THOMAS

Billie Jo Richmond Thomas, 79, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at her home. <br />Mrs. Thomas was born July 5, 1929, in Sebastian County, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of Beech Street First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivy Dean Thomas, in 1999. <br />Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Jeff Ward of Texarkana; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Jill Thomas of Atlanta, Ga., and Donny and Cammie Thomas of Genoa, Ark.; three sisters, Sybil Patterson of Muldrow, Okla., and Leah Schaefer and Aline Davis of Fort Smith, Ark.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Ark., with the Rev. Craig Jenkins officiating.
