De QUEEN, Ark.—Morton Chandler Montgomery Jr., 82, of Truth or Consequences, N.M., died Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at his home. <br />Mr. Montgomery was born Sept. 22, 1926, in De Queen. He was a World War II Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
