LACEY, Wash.—Lee Thomas Fraser, 61, of Olympia, Wash., died Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at his home. <br />Mr. Fraser was born Feb. 9, 1948, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a former member of County Avenue Baptist Church. <br />Survivors include two daughters, Tienna Raney of Hooks, Texas, and Melinda Wilkey of Pineville, Mo.; his mother, Bessie Fraser of Texarkana; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Private memorial services were April 22 in East Memorial Gardens, Texarkana, with Dr. Roger Copeland officiating. <br />Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or County Avenue Baptist Church building fund, 3604 County Ave., Texarkana, AR 71854. <br /> <br />
