JACK EPPERSON JR.

ATLANTA, Texas—Jack Ellis Epperson Jr., 55, formerly of Bloomburg, Texas, died Monday, April 27, 2009, after a lengthy illness. <br />Mr. Epperson was born Aug. 17, 1953, in Muskogee, Okla. He was co-owner of J&K Farms, Bloomburg, and a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Bloomburg. <br />Survivors include his wife, Kathy Ann Epperson; four daughters, Ali Dawn Clayton of Atlanta, Carrie Epperson and Sarah Ballentine of Bloomburg and Charity Gail Cooper of Fairbanks, Alaska; one son, Gregory Dale Hunt of Atlanta; his mother, Evelyn Epperson of Wagoner, Okla.; one sister, Marilea Bennett of Wagoner, Okla.; seven grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Cornerstone Worship Center, Atlanta. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery, Bloomburg, Texas, under direction of Hanner Funeral Service. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br /> <br />
