ARVLE MORRIS

DE QUEEN, Ark.—Arvle E. Morris, 76, of New Hope, Ark., died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009, in Hot Springs, Ark. <br />Mr. Morris was born May 15, 1933, in Dierks, Ark. He was a carpenter and a Vietnam War Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Arvle Morris Jr. <br />Survivors include one son, Ricky Morris of New Hope; three sisters, Hazel Steelman of Marysville, Calif., Helen Audrey of Hooks, Texas, and Adele Fendley of Bismarck, Ark.; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Fellowship Cemetery with Jimmy Jester officiating.
