MICHAEL KIRBY SR.

Michael Wayne Kirby Sr., 61, of Redwater, Texas, died Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2009, at his home. <br />Mr. Kirby was born July 28, 1948, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a mechanic, a member of First Biker’s Church and an Army veteran. <br />Survivors include two sons, Michael Kirby Jr. of Redwater and Larry Kirby of Texarkana; four daughters, Michelle Kirby Savell and Lisa Wright of Redwater, Denise Hart of Texarkana and Terri Kirby Scott of Maud, Texas; one stepdaughter, Jammie Anderson of Texarkana; his mother, Joyce Kirby of Redwater; three brothers, Ronnie Kirby of Douglassville, Texas, Jesse Kirby of Redwater and Kenneth Kirby of Hooks, Texas; one sister, Jean Phillips of Fouke, Ark.; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Rock Hill Cemetery with Gary Don Sandlin officiating. Burial will be under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Memorials may be made to First Biker’s Church, P.O.
