CARL STINNETT

DE QUEEN, Ark.—Carl Lee Stinnett, 82, of Horatio, Ark., died Friday, Aug. 21, 2009, in Malvern, Ark. <br />Mr. Stinnett was born Oct. 3, 1926, in De Queen. He was owner of Carl’s Barber Shop, a member of First Baptist Church, Horatio, and a World War II Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Stinnett in 1995. <br />Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, James and Sue Stinnett of Malvern, Ark., Tim and Patti Stinnett of Fayetteville, Ark., and Mike and Lorri Stinnett of Morrilton, Ark.; one brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Barbara Stinnett of Siloam Springs, Ark.; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. <br />Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Walden officiating. Burial will be in Horatio Cemetery under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.wilkersonfuneralhomes.com. <br /> <br />
