LUTHER PANNELL

DE QUEEN, Ark.—Luther Eugene Pannell, 84, of Horatio, Ark., died Monday, Dec. 21, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mr. Pannell was born Feb. 2, 1925, in Horatio. He was retired from Red River Army Depot. <br />Survivors include his wife, Juanita Tollett Pannell of Horatio; two sons, Richard Pannell of Lockesburg, Ark., and Luther “Sandy” Pannell of De Queen; one daughter, Connie Marie Pannell of Horatio; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Clear Creek Cemetery with Ralph Staggs officiating.
