POLLY FIELDS

Polly Fields, 89, of Foreman, Ark., died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009, at her home. <br />Mrs. Fields was born Dec. 25, 1919, in Foreman. She was a homemaker and a member of Senior Citizens Club and Richland Baptist Church. <br />Survivors include four sons, Cornell Fields and William Fields of Foreman, Alex Fields of Lynwood, Calif., and Kenneth Fields of Los Angeles; five daughters, Alberta Shoals and Dannette Fields of Foreman, Joyce Fields of Norwalk, Calif., Velma Fields of Long Beach, Calif., and Georgia Fields of Texarkana; 25 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be noon Saturday at St. Rest Baptist Church, Ashdown, Ark., with the Rev. Glenda Threadgill officiating. Burial will be in Alfred French Cemetery, Foreman, under direction of Lyles Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at the church. <br />
