DAVID BROWN

GARLAND, Texas—David Clay Brown, 72, of Garland died Friday, Dec. 25, 2009, in Garland. <br />Mr. Brown was born April 24, 1937, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a retired professor from Texarkana College, a member of United States Tennis Association and Beech Street First Baptist Church and a Marine Corps veteran. <br />Survivors include his wife, Linda Brown; two daughters, Amy Brown Harris and Elizabeth Brown; one brother, Jim Brown of Georgetown, Texas; one granddaughter, Shelby Brown; and a number of other relatives. <br />Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the family home. <br /> <br />
