DE QUEEN, Ark.—David Blaine Haley, 48, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, in Foreman, Ark. <br />Mr. Haley was born Oct. 15, 1960, in Checotah, Okla. He was a truck driver and a Baptist. <br />Survivors include one daughter, Dakota Blaine Haley of Mount Pleasant, Texas; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Tracy Haley of Stidham, Okla., and Arlis and Patsy Pratt of Longtown, Okla.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Deborah and Horace Poole of Texarkana and Janell and Lupe Trujillio of Queen Creek, Ariz.; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Chandler Funeral Home. <br />Online registration is at www.chandlerfuneral.com. <br /> <br />
