JAMES GRIFFIN

ASHDOWN, Ark.—James A. Griffin, 64, of Ashdown died Monday, Feb. 2, 2009, in Texarkana, Texas. <br />Mr. Griffin was born June 20, 1944, in Raceland, La. <br />Survivors include his wife, Agnes Griffin of Ashdown; two sons and daughters-in-law, James Jr. and Jennifer Griffin and Edmond and Becky Griffin of Lockport, La.; three brothers, Bruce Griffin Jr. of Ladabiville, La., Nelson Griffin of Matthews, La., and Gary Griffin of Lockport; two sisters, Margaret Danos of Raceland and Lenora Ray of Douglasville, Ga.; 22 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services were Feb. 4 at Madden Funeral Home with Marsha Reynolds and Jimmy Woods officiating. Burial was in Ashdown Memorial Gardens. <br /> <br />
