EDWARD HUBBARD

PRESCOTT, Ark.—Edward Ray “Ed” Hubbard, 77, of Prescott died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009, in a local nursing home. <br />Mr. Hubbard was born Oct. 6, 1931, in Prescott. He was a former teacher, former coach with Blevins High School, retired Postal Service supervisor, a 32nd Degree Mason, a Shriner, a member of Lions Club, Prescott Lodge, Scottish Rite and First Presbyterian Church, Prescott, and an Army National Guard veteran. <br />Survivors include his wife, Mary Jo Webb Hubbard of Prescott; three sons and daughters-in-law, Carlton and Juanita Hubbard, Bill and Judith Hubbard and Joe and Tina Hubbard of Prescott; seven grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home with the Rev. Charlotte Cobb officiating. Burial will be in DeAnn Cemetery. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.brazzelfuneralhomes.com. <br /> <br />
